At first I was thinking of making him really cute and magical, but when I started drawing this came out, xD

Favorite thing to do: Collect skulls from Orgs. (These are fashioned on his belt)

Least Favorite thing to do: Meet a human.

eBay haul, An cafe 2014 & updates!

I bought a new wig off eBay a while ago! It has now arrived along with many other wonderful items I purchased. ٩꒰｡•◡•｡꒱۶

This was originally a medium/short curly Lolita style wig. It was priced for around £10. It looks just like in the photo. The only problem with this wig is I found quite a lot of hair brushed out when styling it. But to be honest, I didn't expect high quality when it was so cheap.

Before purchasing I planned to straight it & cut the fringe shorter into the style I wanted! (Sorta like LM.C Maya~style)

This is how long it was before I cut it! Also do you like my horns? they are from eBay as~well! (Price: £1.60. Steal★)

Overall I am pretty happy with my wig! It looks kinda shiny in natural light but I'm sure I can get rid of the shine with talcum powder or something.

Random eBay bargain I won! Pirates of the Caribbean necklace for 1p LOL 

it's so beautiful! lots of people complement it and can't believe it when I tell them I got it for 1p !!!!! ♡ 

Also I bought a shirt in the Sheinside.com sale! I chose the free shipping and was surprised that it got to me very fast!

aaaand it other news, I have finally finished reading the hobbit! now I'm going to watch all 3 LOTR movies! well. I just watched the first one, so the other two, looool

I also saw this poster in HMV and had to buy it! 

I won't spoil the end of the hobbit till the next movie is out loL

oh and I am up-to-date on the game of thrones! April can't come any faster ;(

I got my I.D renewed finally! Now I exist and I'm an adult!

 ps~) I haven't started on my new doll yet! I want to sketch him first, but I can't get around to finishing my work. I am trying to use all my spare time in this but a few things are making me quite busy at the moment and I have to cover holidays at work, so even less spare time. And just thinking about An Cafe is making me excited/nervous! So I am trying to keep up to date with this as best as I can! Sorry to keep you waiting! ♡

Good Things Review + my skin recommendations ♡

Hey guys! I thought I'd do a little review on a few things I like at the moment! I hope it is of some use to you as well!

I've had bad skin (acne) for years and found so much trouble with finding good products! >_< maybe you can even help me out too, hahha!

Anyway a lot of products just make my skin worse which is the biggest problem since whenever I find a product that fits me, soon it gets discontinued =_=

Anyway! even with medication my skin isn't 100% so I still search for things to make it better!

I started using "Good Things Deep Clean Blackhead Exfoliator" Papaya & Licorice which has been so kind to my skin! It really does clean deep and gets rid of all make up residue without being harsh on my skin :D it does contain micro exfoliating beads but they are so gentle you can use this every morning and night. It's retail price is £5.00 and I would say it is very worth it, also it smells so amazing! 

I like this stuff so much I decided to buy the Mattifying Moisturiser yesterday!

This also smells veryy lovely! But if your put off absolutely by products smelling then maybe it's not for you.. anyway the formula absorbs quite quick and is definitely non-greasy. Also I had no problems with applying this under foundation. This could possibly be my new favourite moisturiser~ but I shall make up my mind when I have se it for a longer time!

Also I found a few days ago another colour 'Pears Transparent Soap' it's usually in an orange colour (Sandalwood is used in it if I recall correctly) but this one was in green colour. It states it gets rid of excess oil but doesn't dry out skin as it replaces the natural oils in your skin.

I found this pic on the web. It appears there's a blue one also!

I know people usually say soap drys out your skin but that's definitely not the case with this.. it's very gentle on your skin and whenever I have ever used it, it has improved the look of my skin and seems to have even made my scars look better o__O

Also AVOID CLEARASIL AT ALL COSTS lol. The chemicals are so harsh in it, those products have always made my skin worse or really red :'( 

for some reason any products actually made for acne make my skin worse (also have heard the sane from other people) so I always stay away from those products. Or it could be because my acne is not severe? 

For bad scars I'd recommend Bio-oil & Cocoa butter! they make such an amazing & FAST difference! ☆

Hello everyone! Did you all have a good Christmas? Mine was great! \(^-^)/

My most treasured gifts were these! 

I was on the verge of tears when I opened my copics! ;A; ❤ 

I mean,  to a lot of you this is probably nothing!!!! but I wouldn't be able to afford this for myself, so it means so much >~<

Other presents were mostly consisting of nice kawaii sparkly items! ^-^

I've ordered a few things recently!

Ordered&recieved my Gatsby! (Grey)

I've never tried Gatsby before, so was interested! I accidentally didn't realise I ordered a small tub though. It is so small, looks like for a Barbie LOl.

(On their way:) Venus Eye Aqua Circle Lenses from Pinky Paradise!

I was going to order blue Circle lenses but these looked a bit more interesting!

Other things I ordered:

•New 10mm BJD Light Blue Eyes

(Yes, for my next doll! I sure hope they are light as the photo this time!)

•Paperclay (16oz) 

(Yay! >:3 I finally get to test this stuff out!)

(Seeing them in London in March!)

Oh and I ordered DAS 150g Air Dry Modelling clay (Me again not realising 150g is probably enough to do my dolls foot LOL) 

So yeah, I decided I'm making an armature for Crow because I don't want to take 6months to get around to completing him. As cannot find right materials for stringing, been busy, just wasn't the time >~< 

(Lol at me just working on my floor while others work in a studio/spare room)

Armatures are funny, aren't they? :'D

(ps: can you see what I mean about the clay packet being small? LOL)

Luckily this was just enough clay to do his basic frame..

I don't really know why I am still using beads for his shoulders. I just thought it'd give them more structure since I had to stuff Capns shoulders soooo much! 

This clay kinda smells like plasticine. It also takes forever to dry. it's been drying for 5hrs and still is mouldable. My other clay (which is the same but branded "Dozen" instead of "DAS" but exact same clay) dries much faster! I'm not sure I it's a good or bad thing but I found it interesting! It's more oily, it seems. My other clay would dry so fast (not solid, but fast) you would have to mould very quickly, I kinda enjoyed the rush LOL.

Anyway, will update with more pics as he advances! I need to get some nice black fabric tomorrow! (^•w•^)

hey! Work on my new doll has been in progress! it's on a bit of a hiatus atm because I need more clay and Xmas is destroying my wallet!

I am trying new techniques this time! I used my finer wool-fibre to sand and a make-up brush to paint, I got the idea to use a make-up brush since they are soft and meant to transfer foundation to your face without streaks, also just for the fact the brush was bigger than the paint brushes I own and I can't afford to spend £20 on a paintbrush, since going to buy cheap products will only give me a negative result when I want to move forward.

I've decided on trying to make this doll ball jointed! it's complex but I need to challenge myself to progress, don't I?

Also he is my first little Elven dolly! ^.^

Also another thing I'm trying out is to not use paint and use pastels, they blend better and give a more life-like effect!

just about finished! I am very pleased with the outcome of the changes I made! the difference is just amazing!

I was impatient and tried to make his own wig here, I failed.

No word of a lie I got his wig in the post the next day! 

I had to custom fit it to his head as it was slightly too big, that was a nightmare since it was a very long wig!! and I had to cut and style it which took about 3/4 hours. This is difficult since I had nothing to prop the wig on. I tried to improvise and use things like my hairspray can but it wasn't going to work, hahaha,

Anyway, his head is complete now and he patiently awaits the creation of his body!
